Very professional and amazing service. I first went to the gallery this Monday to look for a new piano for my daughter and got my piano delivered on Friday. What an efficient team! Thanks to the store manager Jennifer for her patient introductions to help us find the best fit piano within our budget and expectations. Great selection. Great customer service. The associates there really understand their instruments and they're willing to explain things from construction to function and features. Great with kids and we never feel any sales pressure, yet they're still very welcoming.

Amazing customer service! The sale person lady was really nice showing my son the concert grand Steinway piano auto-play with video in the background. He was totally awe-struck - I think it really inspires him to learn how to play the Piano :)

I love when piano stores are devoted to piano only and that's exactly what it is. I understand that not every store are able to do so. The store is in a remote place but that shouldn't stop someone from being part of the Steinway family. Parking is available. I was there to try pianos. I've met Jennifer who refer me to my local as soon she knew that I was not from the area. I praise her integrity where other salesperson would have just jump for the sale. I showed up without any appointement. I suggest that you take a appointement before though. Thanks for the visit.

Amazing people at piano gallery Ottawa, store manager and all staff and piano technicians. The store manager Jennifer is a wonderful lady who loves what she does at her piano gallery, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she goes beyond expectations to get you the best piano at the best price, very honest and so kind. Thank you Jennifer, Rebecca for all your help and the excellent service that you provide your clients. Looking forward to working with you in the near future when it's time to upgrade. I would definitely recommend piano gallery to anyone who is looking to purchase a piano for him or the family, it's the only place to go with trust.

This establishment is clean and professional. I met with Jennifer to look at pianos not really knowing anything about pricing or the makes, or even what I was looking for. But she was very patient and incredibly knowledgable, and even played brilliantly. The pianos sound amazing and look absolutely gorgeous. I wasn't sure what to expect going into a store like this but I'm very pleased that I took the time to do so.

Initially we went to Ottawa Steinway Gallery for exploring the purchase of a baby grand piano for my 13-yr old son and in the store we met Jennifer. She is very professional and a very skilled piano player so she could give us excellent advice and demo the selected 6-ft grand piano compatible with our tight budget. The piano was delivered the next day and installed in our living room by the store movers. In the family we are all happy with this purchase and my son enjoys it very much. I strongly recommend this piano store!
